There’s a dedicated workspace, and all skylights have blackout blinds for extra comfort. The apartment is bright and features excellent sound and thermal insulation. You’ll be less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Port, where you can catch boats to Île d’Oléron, Île de Ré, and Fort Boyard. The nearby central market is open daily, with larger markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Shops and bakeries are just steps away. The Aquarium, parks (including Concurrence Beach), and several museums are close by. Minimes Beach is accessible by a sea bus from the port. Up to two pets are welcome, preferably dogs, as a cat lives in the house outside rental periods and is territorial. Parties and events are not allowed.
